In the Pod
Relax
Try to completely relax. Try your best to not have expectations and to allow the events of life to slip away.
Breathe
Deep breathing or counting your breaths will help you to unwind and clear your mind (even if it's just momentarily).
Be Still
This one can be difficult, but try it for as long as you can. Remaining still will also keep you in the center of the pod so that you aren't bumping into the sides.
PositionsIn the Pod
There are 2 positions to float, both are on your back:
With your arms by your sides (palms up or down)
With your arms above your head
Do whatever is most comfortable for you.
